Upload & train your Library
Train / Upload adds source material and brand context to your project. Start with a focused set of useful references, then check the processed items in Library.

Before you start
- Library access and the correct project selected.
- Source files or text you want Mica to use as context.
- Relevant font files when editable creative work depends on them.
Choose useful source material
Start with a few clear references: a brand-guidelines PDF, approved creative examples, product imagery, and concise written directions. The file picker supports images, PDFs, text or Markdown, HTML, and TTF/OTF fonts. Animations use the dedicated animation flow.
Give files meaningful names and keep factual brand information separate from exploratory examples. For an editable Figma design, use Teach Mica in the plugin to preserve the design structure where possible.
Upload and submit
Open the upload workspace
In Library, choose Train / Upload. Confirm the selected project. The panel shows your input controls alongside previous jobs.Add files or written context
Choose the file or text input mode. Add the material, review the queued items, and supply useful titles or descriptions where offered. Use the animation mode for an animation package.Review placement and submit
Check the project and any brand, campaign, or folder destination. Resolve any questions shown in the form, then submit the batch.Follow processing
Use the Processing, Trained, and Failed filters to follow the jobs. Open a job’s details for its progress or error. Wait for processing to complete before looking for the finished items in Library.
Check what was added
Return to Library and inspect the resulting assets or source records. Check names, placement, previews, and any warnings. Use a representative source in Studio only after checking that its text, images, and fonts are suitable.
Handle a partial batch
Read the failed job’s message and fix the specific file or missing resource. Successful items are retained. Use the available retry path for unfinished work and check the final counts.
For an animation, attach missing files from that source’s details or its Train job. Preserve the original filenames and folders so the correct references can be resolved.
