Find & organize assets
Library is Mica’s digital asset management workspace, or DAM. Use it to find source designs, brand assets, campaign material, and generated work within a project.

Before you start
- Library access and the intended project selected.
- Imported, uploaded, or generated assets in that project.
Find the asset you need
Open Library and check the project
Choose Library in the dashboard navigation. Confirm the organization and project before searching.Search and filter
Use Search assets…, the folder navigation, and the available asset-type and source filters. Source filters distinguish brand-library material, campaign assets, generated work, and uploads.Inspect the details
Open an asset to check its preview, name, dimensions, variants, and source information. For an animation, inspect the selected entry and available files as well as the poster.
Organize individual assets or a batch
Use Move to folder on an asset to choose its destination. For several items, select them and use Move selected. Review the destination and available brand or campaign placement before confirming.
Use clear folder names that reflect how the team looks for work, such as product, campaign, or deliverable. Recheck the destination after a move, especially when a filter hides the moved items.
Use an asset in Studio or Figma
In Studio → Assets, click an eligible complete creative to add it as a base. Choose the intended variant before running a transform. Individual slot assets fill parts of a template and do not replace the whole source design.
In the Figma plugin, select the same project and open Library → Assets or Workflows. Select the items and use Insert. See Insert & review in Figma.
Video and audio can be available for preview and download in Library, but they are not image-workflow variants. Animation transformations depend on having a supported editable source.
If an asset is missing
Check the project, clear your search and filters, and inspect the import job. An upload can still be processing or require attention. For a partially completed import, keep successful items and retry the unfinished work rather than uploading everything again.
